DELIVERY

DESCRIPTION OF DELIVERY AND PACKAGE PICKUP

 

For deliveries within the Republic of Serbia, the ordered products are delivered by the courier service 'POST OF SERBIA'. The courier service operates every working day from 8 AM to 5 PM, and on Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM (Belgrade).

Please ensure that someone is available at the address during this period to receive the package. Upon receiving the package, visually inspect it to ensure there are no visible damages. If you notice significant damage to the transport box and suspect the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the package and notify us immediately by calling +381 63 754 7128 or sending an email with your details (name, surname, phone number) to obucikofer@gmail.com. If the package appears undamaged, feel free to accept it and sign the courier's receipt. The courier will attempt to deliver each package twice. The usual practice is that if the courier cannot find you at the address, they will call the phone number you provided when placing the order and arrange a new delivery time. If they still cannot find you, the package will be returned to us. Upon receiving the package, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and arrange for reshipment.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Depending on the availability of the ordered products, the expected delivery time is between 24 and 72 hours (weekends are not included in the delivery schedule). Orders placed on a working day before 12 PM will be processed the same day (you will be notified of the delivery date via email). Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next working day. If you place an order on Friday after 12 PM, Saturday, or Sunday, the order will be processed on Monday. After processing your order, you will be notified of the status of your order via email.

REFUNDS

REFUND PROCESS:

In case of contract withdrawal, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The price is refunded to the customer upon receipt of the product and after determining that the product is undamaged and functional.

The merchant is obligated to refund the amount paid by the consumer without delay, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement, and after receiving the product.

The costs of returning goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item.

Once you provide the necessary information, documentation will be created and sent to the email address you provided when placing the order, along with the refund procedure.

Refunds are processed exclusively as described above, by transferring funds to a dinar current account, and it is not possible to send cash via courier.

If you notice such damage, do not sign for the shipment or ask the courier to wait while you check if the packaging damage has caused damage to the product itself. If the product is not damaged and all parts are accounted for, sign for the shipment.

 

CLAIMS FOR INCORRECT DATA OR WRONG PRODUCT TYPE:

If you receive a shipment and, upon opening the package, find that the delivered goods do not match the ordered goods or the data on the invoice is incorrect, please contact us no later than 24 hours from the time of receipt by calling +381 60 047 8378 or sending an email with your details (name, surname, phone number) to obucikofer@gmail.com and describe the problem you are experiencing.

Upon receiving your complaint, we will send the courier service D-EXPRESS, which will pick up the claimed product within 24 to 72 hours from the time of reporting the issue, along with a properly completed claim form from the link at the end of this text and a copy of the invoice/delivery note you received with your order.

The courier service operates every working day from 8 AM to 5 PM, and on Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM. If the deadline for delivering the claimed product falls on a Sunday or a public holiday in the Republic of Serbia, the deadline for picking up the claimed product expires on the next working day.

As soon as possible, we will respond to the consumer's complaint via email at obucikofer@gmail.com by confirming receipt of the complaint, providing the number under which your complaint is registered in the received complaints log, and informing you of further steps. The deadline for responding to the complaint is 5 days, and for resolving the complaint, it is up to 15 days from the time of submission.

 

CLAIMS FOR NON-CONFORMITY OF GOODS:

The procedure for claiming products due to non-conformity with the contract, which appears within two years from the date of delivery of the product to the consumer, is carried out as described in the section "Claims for incorrect data or wrong product type."
